Isolde only scoffed at her reply, and gathered her belongings. Seeing no purpose in staying, “Looks like I’ll do no good here.” She said in a smirk and a grin. Her blue eyes focusing on hers. Keeping that glare for a moment before turning the other cheek and headed in the woods direction. With her hand wrapped ‘Mor’du’ handle.Emerald’s smile grew at the lady and nodded, “I am good. Many people say that I am.” said kindly. There are questions running her mind saying, Is she interested about my skill in archery?, Why does she want to know more about my skill? The young girl took bow from her quiver and asked, “Do you want to see?” Then a nervous smile crossed her face. Emerald took an arrow from her quiver and positioned herself. Her target was to shot the tree’s trunk in the middle. She pulled the string, closed an eye then focused. When she was sure, she released and they took a look at the arrow. Emerald smiled. It shot it exactly in the middle of the tree’s trunk.
Without a questions response, Isolde watched the girl fiercely. Eyeing her every mood, She was never a archer herself, but knew the basics and took a great interest in the art. A iron maiden in training at her standards wasn’t even merely impression, giving the girl a shrug and the purse of her lips, she walked to the tree cross-armed and snatched the arrow, and gave it back to her, “Better luck next time.” shaking her head disappointed, “The Queen taught you?” laughs, “Queen Susan, The gentle.” she mocked the name, “Pathetic.”
Emerald made a small smile as she heard Isolde. She knew she did pretty well, but she also knew that she needed more practice. “Um… Thanks.” said blankly. She placed her arrow back in her quiver and as she listened to the lady. When she heard a question, she turned back to her and nodded. But then she was a little shocked when Isolde made fun of the Gentle Queen’s name. Why is she saying mean words about one of the Queens of Narnia? she thought. “It’s not pathetic,” she said gently, “It was one of the best experiences in my life and she was indeed a great teacher.”
This caught her attention. “Bow?” her eyes narrowed and she walked swiftly towards the girl. Her feet moving across the familiar ground. Once she was about 2 or 3 feet away, she strightened her posture ready to listen. Not like she wanted to.
The girl’s eyes widen when the lady walked towards her in a swift manner. Isolde seemed interested in her opinion. Emerald nodded slowly. “I um… Did some practicing with Queen Susan and I think I improved.” The young girl started slowly, “My parents are archers also, but I never get to see them for the past 5 months. They taught me well and I just want to see them again.” Then she gave Isolde a small smile. She missed her parents with her heart and just wanted to see them again.
Her eyes never left hers as she spoke the words of her past, “Aye that’s interesting, but are you any good?” she questioned crossing her arms over her chest. Setting a food on the rock before her. There was no time to waste but she was now curious of this girls ability.
Emerald’s smile grew at the lady and nodded, “I am good. Many people say that I am.” said kindly. Her expression just kills me because I feel like he’s yelling at whoevers on the phone and she’s just standing there like “calm the hell down.”

The wolf’s head lowered onto it’s black paws and her ears lowered at the girl’s sudden laughter, mumbling under her breath. “Humans make assumptions of me and I can’t do anything about it….” Her brown eyes lowered to the ground, trying to avoid eye contact with the girl. Her words were harsh and pierced Aysun’s already shattered heart, a single tear running down the wolf’s black snout.
A agonizing howl escaped past her mouth from the extreme pain from her wound, her head lowering back down to her paws and whimpering as the gash began to sting. Her brown eyes look up at her and she gave slight glare before closing her tired lids over her eyes, the breathing of the wolf slowing slightly. “Why didn’t you abandon me like everyone else in my miserable life?” asked Aysun as an ear flicked from the sudden brush of wind blew past.
“Cause i’m different.” she said sternly, and to the point; without contact in the eyes. The blue eyed girl continued to work on the wolf slash human. No matter how much she winced Isolde continued to examine. The gash was approximately two inches deep, and in need to checking.
With that the girl looked up and and stood from her spot, “We must check that out.” she said informly, “Can you stand?” Ready for anything that came next. The rest didn’t matter.
